A lovely house share with a relaxed atmosphere

This is a brand new 3 storey townhouse on the Hallam Fields development north of Birstall near the A6/A46 roundabout. The house is newly decorated and furnished, with a large lounge on the first floor with a 52inc TV and sky TV. There is a weekly cleaner (included in the price) ensures that the main shared areas of the house are cleaned.

All bills included; we even include loo paper; washing up liquid; cleaning materials; hand soap; bin bags; and we don't mind if you nick our sugar occasionally too.

We have one double bedroom available for rent, its has lovely dual aspect windows and has everything you need in the room. Should mention it's been freshly decorated in white. The bathroom with shower over is on the same floor, the owners have their own ensuite, so this is the main bathroom for the 2 lodgers that occupy the house.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, a double wardrobe, and a bedside table. There is a TV point in the room and the house has wifi.

There is a large kitchen breakfast room that is equipped with everything, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc and there is a shared lounge on the first floor.

The house has a large garden with patio furniture and BBQ. There is a greenhouse and plenty of fresh produce is grown in the summer.

There is plenty of street parking and the garage can be used to store some items .

The lodger will be expected to provide their own bedding and towels and to clean their own rooms and clean as they go in the kitchen and bathroom.

Buses into the centre of Leicester takes 20mins on normal buses or 10mins on the park and ride (you don't have to park a car to travel on this service, you can walk into the station. The bus stops at the clock tower and John Lewis)
