Housemate Wanted ASAP

We have a room to rent in our 4 bed house in Birstall we are 3 guys working and students. We are looking for someone child out and just up for a good time in general. The room is posted as a double but it is a bit smaller than a double room it is also not furnished but we do have spare furnature and you are welcome to use it if you do not have items to furnish your room. The house has 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 2 lounges (one a games room, one just to chill out in) a big garden and spare rooms, We do have a dog who is very friendly and does not bark etc.. he just likes to meet new people, as for us we are all laid back guys, who tend to just chill out, play guitar, watch films, go out at the weekend and have people over occasionally (but we are considerate with this). A couple of us smoke but only in the kitchen and conservatory, NO SMOKING IN ROOMS. The rent includes all bills, Virgin TV in all rooms, Broadband, Council tax, TV licences etc.. so apart from deposit theres no extra costs Unless you want to add sports or anything to your virgin tv.
