The property has 3 double ensuite rooms, I have one and I have a longstanding female lodger (Hayley) in another, she's 25 and works at Leicester Uni. I am looking for another non smoking easy going female to rent the available room who enjoys good company and a bit of a giggle, but also at times their own space, and there's plenty of room in the property for that. I am sometimes away 1 or 2 nights per week or some weekends, and Hayley is also away some weekends, so theres plenty of privacy.
