Cosy Single Room

Location: Burbage is a popular location with a pleasant village centre and 5 pubs as well as a local co- op and Spa. It's a 5 min drive to the M69 Motorway and 10 minutes to Hinckley railway station. The house is a pleasant 1930s semi- detached and is situated in a popular sought after area.
Room 2 is still available for a femal only. It is a cosy room and ideal if you are on a budget. It has a built in wardrobe, wall cupboards and open shelving. With room to store under the bed also.
There is a shared bathroom with bath, toilet and shower. I also have a down stairs toilet in the utility room where there is a washing machine and tumble drier and a separate fridge for my lodgers to use.
This house share includes the kitchen/dining room, lounge and garden areas.
All bills included: electricity, gas, wifi, water and there is parking on the drive for one other car with street parking available too.
This house is peaceful home and a good place to relax and feel at home. My home is well maintained and require someone who is VERY clean and tidy especially in the communal areas. It has a spacious garden to enjoy in the good weather!
I am am experienced live in landlady and am honest, friendly and respectful and would like a lodger with the same qualities.
