We are a household made up of 1 mum and two daughters who are 12 and 13, and a cat!
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, 1 ensuite, lounge, downstairs cloakroom, kitchen/diner/TV family room, garden, off road parking and wifi is throughout the house.
The room has been recently decorated: it is a double room with king sized bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, TV, ensuite shower room with toilet and shower.
There is a washer/dryer available for use, dishwasher, double oven, hob, fridge freezer, Youview TV in family room and Freeview TV in bedroom.
Deposit would be one month's rent and rent will be payable in advance monthly.
I'm happy to provide bedding and towels, or for you to use your own.
We are looking for either a Monday to Friday lodger, or full time - rent will be calculated accordingly!
4 bed detached house in Burton on Wolds, a village 4 miles from Loughborough, near both Leicester & Nottingham with access to major routes into both.
The village has a pub & garage, with a Co-op supermarket, florist, take aways about 2 miles away.
