Hi there, I'm a young homeowner with a large double bedroom available to rent within my 3 bedroom house.
All bills are included in the £300 rent, and as an extra is a virgin media multi-room box. I also have a smaller double bedroom available, advertised at a slightly lower price of £250.
The house has high speed internet, central heating, downstairs toilet, shared kitchen, off-street parking and a large rear garden.
Close by bus stops for easy access into Leicester city centre and Coalville town centre. ~30 minutes via car to Leicester city centre, ~20 minutes via car to Loughborough town centre.
I'm looking for a conscientious, friendly, clean, professional young adult. You will be living in the house occupied by myself, a husky puppy, and my two cats. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me introducing yourself and asking away. :)
