Seeking a professional female/male to share my four bedroom family home. Ideally looking for someone that is easy going and will share some conversation throughout the week. I tend to spend most of the week out of the house but do spend some evenings in front of the telly. There will be plenty of opportunity to have the place to yourself as I am out quite alot.

The location is a 20 minute drive from Leicester town centre and is centrally located between Leicester, Market Harborough and Lutterworth. The village has local facilities within easy reach:- co-op, doctors, post office, newsagent and take aways.

The bedroom has been recently decorated and partly furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chest of draws. A TV socket is also available in the room itself. If you wanted to supply all of your own or some additonal furntiture then this would not be an issue.

The house has two bathrooms and a cloakroom, one on each floor. The room that is avalable is situated right next to a large bathroom, with a bath and seperate shower facility. This bathroom will be pretty much for your exclusive use.

The downstairs is also large and has a shared lounge area with a 50" HD TV/setup.

Washing and drying facilities are available in the utility room along with a modern kitchen. There is also a decking area which is accessed from the kitchen patio doors which backs onto a long garden.

References would be preferable but not essential. Smoking allowed outside only. A tenant is serving notice at the moment so if you wanted to move in as soon as possible this could be arranged.
