I have a large furnished double bedroom available for rent from June 2016. The room is in a 3 bedroom semi detached house with off road parking and garden. The house is located in a small village halfway between leicester city centre and market harborough. I have a lively springer spaniel dog and two cats all very friendly. I am a smoker but this is done out side. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer aswell as internet. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom will be communal. I am looking for a friendly clean and tidy person who is sociable as I have friends and family visit regularly. Would like to meet potential roomies beforehand.
I work shifts so you will get the house to yourself regularly, but I would appreciate if you can feed the animals!
