Double loft style room for one occupant in Hathern

I have a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom detached home. In the week I live here with one other person renting the other 2nd floor bedroom. 2 nights roughly each week she stays at her work place. Occasionally one of my young children stays in the week with me. I travel away a lot with work. At the weekend from week to week sometimes 1 or 2 of my young children come to stay Hence Im looking for a female rather than male.

Middle floor is my bedroom and the young kids bedrooms + an a unused family bathroom (which you could use also for a bath rather than shower)
Top floor is 2 large airy loft style bedrooms . The one which is vacant has a Virgin media box with a full package, plus a 32 inch TV . So if you dont want to use lounge or want alone time you have this. On the top landing in between the 2 rooms is a shower/toilet room( which would be shared with the other top floor tennant. There is a Large garden/ patio/summer house. At rear a large Lounge kitchen dinner, for use by all . Its a new house all amenities. Fast Virgin Broadband
I have an old friendly cat, you can smoke but only in the summer house or garden Its 200 yds to the bus stop with a 24hr service to L. Boro. Which is a 2 mile /10 minute ride. Current tenant and the one vacating are both happy to chat with anyone interested and give references to their time here. This is a home more than just a let, As its easier than 3 lots of everything in fridge and cupboards, I supply, Bread, milk, tea coffee, milk, condiments, sauces etc, plus Washing powder and conditioner, (of course you can get your own stuff if not to your liking) Plus we all use the house pots pans crockery iron, board etc . Virgin media boxes and TVs in Lounge and Kitchen diner so theres always somewhere to get a bit of peaceful time to watch your choice.
