Lovely House needs a Lovely Person
Hello I'm Sophie, hope you're well... I'm looking for a new lodger due to my current lovely house mate changing jobs.
Our honey is reasonably rural. Having said this there are all the amenities...a pub, garage, shop etc .
It is easily commutable to Leicester, Loughborough, Melton, Grantham and Nottingham.
All bills (exc food) are included, I have broadband, off road parking and a large (slightly muddy!) garden.
I have previously had both male and female tenants of which I have remained good friends with, which I think shows I'm reasonably laid back!
