I am a teacher so it's early mornings, early nights and mountains of marking for me. I'm looking for a professional (to share council tax with) in a similar situation who is understanding about keeping noise levels down etc. Whoever moves in should be able to clean up after themselves/be happy to do their share of the cleaning.
