Double room, cosy tardis, by Clarendon Park

Hello - I have a double room in lovely terraced house on cusp of Clarendon Park available to rent. The room comes furnished...

I'm a very laidback and friendly housemate, though like things to be clean and tidy. Am also local swingball champion.

With good transport links to the city centre (about 30-minute walk with my wee legs) the house is a short walk to the University of Leicester and Queens Road's shops, bars and restaurants. The house is in a nice residential street, by a number of handy bus routes to the city and railway station if you don't fancy walking. There are also good local amenities just round the corner.

The room is good-sized, comfortably furnished with double bed, wardrobe, lots of drawers and desk. It is private and has plenty of storage space. This is a friendly house though, not somewhere you would be expected to only stay in your room.

There's Virgin Tivo and Netflix and a secure bike shed and summerhouse. It may be ideal for someone who needs a comfy base in Leicester, Mon-Fri, travelling home at weekends, but is open to a 7 days per week let.
I think the room would be perfect for a PhD student or professional.

I am friendly, easy-going and considerate... busy but sociable... I'm looking for the same in a housemate, most important is for everyone to feel at home.

As far as the rest of the house goes there is a large, well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge... And the garden is big, green and lovely, a great place to relax on summer evenings :)

Wireless broadband, with unlimited downloading, and all bills are included. Oh, and you get your own fridge!
