Hello, I have a house in the RowleyFields area of the city, and if you don, t know the area, it is quiet, spacious, with lots of parking. It is ideally situated for all local amenities. The motorway network is two minutes away, the city centre is a fifteen to twenty minute walk, even quicker on the bus, and the bus stop is two minutes away. And to top it all the house is a great quiet house, with all mod cons, wifi, washing m/c and even a dish washer. You can even have your own lounge.

A little about me, I am a civil servant, and I live alone with my dogs, who are great dogs. I also work shifts so you will have the house to your self a lot of the time.

The room is a small double, hence reflected in the price. You also get your own lounge. The house has all mod cons including wifi, dish washer etc. this is a great modern up to date house. And in a perfect quiet area. Low crime, and no issues with neighbours community etc.

I am very keen to get the right person in to my house. I have had some bad experiences with some weird and wonderful people. Sorry, no DSS, and ideally you should be employed, with no issues, ie, alcohol, drugs, criminal record etc.

If you are friendly, considerate and effectively generally quite nice, then this house is for you. It is a great price for a great house with lots of peace and quiet.
