The room will be vacant after june, All utility bills, including wireless internet for around £400-£450 per month.

I am Looking for a professional to rent the room, don’t mind if they are male or female, just someone who will generally tidy up after them selves and pay the rent on time. if we were able to chat and become friends then even better!

The house is in a good location off the Narborough road. Close to fosse park, the city centre and the M1/M69 Motorway as well as bus routes and plenty of local shops and bars. There is off road parking.

The house is a two bed mid terrace that has been fully refurbished, it is clean with a family bathroom, a small patio garden and a fully trained 4 year old cat.

I am a 29 year old female live in land lord. i am a mature student coming to the end of my final year, so will be returning back to my job with the local authority when my new house mate arrives.

I am a sociable person and like having friends and family round as well as going out doing the normal things, like going to the cinema, for a drink or a bite to eat but I also like to stay in and watch a good film or read my book when im not working or doing my assignments.
