The bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, drawers and beds. TV points in every room.

There is a £5 per month charge for the unlimited use of the services and utilities which inlcude: council tax, gas, electric, water rates, TV licence, wireless broadband (unlimted download 50mb), cleaner for communal areas and gardener. This charge will be added to the monthly rent. The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected.

The house is a great location for buses into the town center (5 min away) it has good road links and is near Abbey Park. There are local shops within 5 minutes walk
