Room to rent in a shared house

Room to rent in a house that is in very close vicinity to both Leicester University and DeMontfort University. It is within walking distance to the train station and town too.

I am a live in owner who works away from Leicester for significant periods of time, sometimes returning every other month and at other times just being away for the working week.

I have two rooms becoming vacant shortly, the first one in May 2012 and the second one in June 2012. Currently living in our house there is one student and the rest are professionals.
There is a shared living room, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and garbage disposal in the sink! I have photos which I can email.

The garden is decked and has lighting so it's useable into the evening with a bar-b-q. Everyone participants within keeping our home clean so we would expect anyone moving in to do the same.

There is sky TV with sports etc in the living room and wifi throughout the house.
