I have a spacious double room for rent. It is at the back of the house over looking the garden.
It is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, quilt, pillows and linen, with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a built in wardrobe - so plenty of storage. There is also a small TV (with Video) and a small stereo, the TV needs a digital box, or you can bring your own.

The house is a 2 bed mid terrace house, located on a cul de sac road, a minutes walk from a small shop. There is ample parking and it is a very quiet road. There is a drive at the front, but at the minute my car is on there all the time as I have a broken leg and not able to drive for a while.

In the house, I have a large living area, with 2 sofas and an armchair, TV and DVD player. In the kitchen I have all the usual Oven, hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, kettle, toaster, Washing machine, toastie machine and a small dning table and chairs.

I am looking for a long term rent. I am open to you bringing any pets, so long as they are house trained. No DSS or housing. Ideally a professional person, who is quiet and respectful, but also doesn't mind sharing the odd bottle of wine and a gossip in the evenings!
