Hello, we have a double room available in a shared house from 1st June 2013. It is furnished with a double bed, drawers, desk, chair and a built in wardrobe. The price includes all bills, (gas, elec, water, TV, council tax and wireless internet) so there is nothing to pay other than the rent. The house is on Tyrrell St, 10-15 mins walk from either DMU or High Cross shopping centre (town centre). It has a modern kitchen and bathroom, two toilets, a garden and a good sized living room. There is free parking on the street. Three guys and one girl live here, we are full time workers, and some studying also. The rent for couples is £320 all inclusive.
