In addition to the 4 bedrooms the house has a lounge, large kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower(upstairs), shower room with toilet (downstairs), cellar, spare room. So plenty of space for storage in addition to the room.
Would really suit a post grad or mature student at Leicester Univ (or DMU) as it is just a short 5 -10 min walk to the University and on a bus route to DMU.
Currently the other 3 people are all post grads.
Cost is £53 per week payable by calendar month (£230). Utility bills are not included. Broadband installed.
