Single bedroom for students available 1 of June

I'm a student currently living in this student-share of 4 people, and I'm searching someone to whom I can assign my tenancy from 1 of June which ends in the end of August this year. Hence, you can stay here for summer and then if you like it continue living for the following academic year if not you give notice to landlord and move on in the end of August. The rent includes only Water Rates. Internet, Electricity & Gas you pay separately. But it's not going to be a lot more that 200 in overall, don't worry. Deposit would be £160. And about the room, its large in my perception, there is big window that provides lovely illumination throughout the day. There is several wardrobes various sizes, hence enough space to store your clothes, papers, shoes. The kitchen is quite big as well, has a big round table, washing machine, stove, loads of cupboards, two small fridges (each for 2 people to share), and a small freezer. As well there is an exit into mini back yard where you can find a lockable storage unit for bicycles or anything you don't want to keep in the house. Also there is a nice lounge with conformable sofas and desk, no TV, virtually it's used just occasionally, for friend gatherings.
