Leicester (LE2) Great Value Furnished Double Room

Hi there!

I live in a two bedroom flat. My previous flatmate just moved out at the end of June, so I'm looking for a replacement.

The flat is above a shop on Evington Road, very close to the University of Leicester (so ideal for students) and also quite near the city centre. The room is a double and the flat is fully furnished, including a washing machine and a very big TV. It also has broadband and Virgin Media television.

I graduated last year from the University of Leicester and now work full time. This means I prefer things a bit quiet during the week, but don't mind excitement on weekends. I've lived with lots of different people in the past, so I'm pretty easy to get along with. I ideally prefer people who like a chat and a laugh.

Some of my interests are gaming (on the big TV which comes with the flat), politics and music. I play the guitar, so if you're a musician maybe we could jam.

The rent is £242. 50 per month (not including bills), which is comparatively quite low for this area, especially if you're a student.
