Good-Sized Double Room for Rent

hi my name is david and i live with my girlfriend in my 2 storey house with a basement that i have recently converted to a movie/games room. i am a architecture student in my 6th year at uni and my girlfriend works part-time. we are looking for someone as our current housemate is leaving at the end of june.

i am looking for someone who has the same lifestyle and tidy up after themselves. we would like someone who won't be coming back at 3am every night as i have studying and my girlfriend has work.

the room is furnish with a double bed a wardrobe and a desk with your own key. downstairs the house has a living room with virgin tv and broadband. it is a open plan living dining room. a kitchen with a washing machine and dish washer and a downstairs toilet. the basement had a ps3, a video projector and a mini fridge. upstairs there is 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a bath/shower. we also have a garage if needed and small outside space.

i like playing FIFA with my friends and watching tv when i am not studying. my girlfriend likes watching tv and reading books.
