I have a double room with a wardrobe and drawers (but no bed) available within a lovely, spacious two bedroom flat, with garden, in Cedars Court on London Road.
I am moving out due to a new job. The current tenant is male, late 20s and a teacher. All we ask of you is that you are easygoing and tidy up after yourself!
Rent is £297. 50 each per month, internet £12 each per month and council tax around £65 per month each. Water/electric bills vary, but are reasonable.
A deposit will be required, alongside a £50 charge for the contract.
The contract expires in December but can be extended beyond that.
