Seeking a mature student/PHD student or professional. I am a female looking to rent out a double room in my apartment. Very quiet location and safe. 1 minute walk from the Highcross Centre. Very convenient for the LRI or Hopper to LGH or Glenfield Hospitals. Would be great for students at Leicester University/De Montfort University, or professionals working in the city too. Monday to Friday lets also considered. The price is £90 per week, which is inclusive of all bills. The apartment has fast wifi/freeview tv in room/shared open plan kitchen/lounge with washing machine/dishwasher, fridge/freezer. A deposit of £200 would be required.
