Wanted-House mate

We are a two female students at Leicester University looking for two extra people to share our house with us from the academic year 2014/2015.
The house address is Saint Leonards Road, Leicester, just off shopping area-Queen Street.
We are looking for other students, the house is approximately 10/15 minute walk to the university, and is close to local amenities such as eateries, grocery stores and a local convenience store.
Rent is £70 per week for a double room or £60 per week for a single room, bills are not included but will be approximately an extra £7 per person per week.
A deposit of £150 is required, but this will be returned if the house is in perfect condition when the tenancy has finished.
The house has a recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom, full central heating, double glazing and a new front door and all certificates such as electricity/gas safety.
The rooms would be perfect for two friends wishing to stay together, rented separately for those who have not currently found anybody else to share with.
