Hello!
We are looking for someone to rent a bright, furnished single room in our large Clarendon Park home from now to 30/6/2015 - about 10 months due to one house mate having to move out due to unforeseen circumstances. 5 minute walk to University of Leicester and very close to Queens Road (packed with independent shops, bars and restaurants).
The house:
Kitchen - modern and large with room to entertain, dining table, gas hob, electric oven and grill, washing machine and tumble drier.
Living room - 2 comfortable modern sofas and TV.
2 Bathrooms - downstairs shower and toilet, upstairs shower over bath and toilet.
Garden - small patio and grass area, perfect for summer evenings, complete with BBQ.
The occupants:
2 female and 2 male aged 23 to 26. 3 final year students at the University of Leicester and 1 professional. We all love cooking and baking, not a total party house but up for entertaining and visits to the pub. All non-smokers, tidy, our house is nice and we strive to keep it that way! Landlords are friendly and local, easy to contact.
Rent:
281 GBP PCM plus bills. Bills work out about £25 a month. 1 person is paying council tax so if you do work you will be able to split it.
