Two Bed Apartment Available For Students

me and my friend rented this for 2014/2015 but unfortunately my friend has dropped out and i am moving into a single bed apartment.

we are looking for some one to take our places instead. rent is between 85-95 per person per week. the total for two people for one month is £772. there is a £75 admin fee and a £250 deposit as well.

kitchen/living room has fridge/ freezer, washing machine which is also a dryer and a two seater sofa.
both bedrooms have double beds, big wardrobes, desk and chair and a full length mirror.
bathroom has fitted shower and there is also a utility cupboard with ironing board and some storage space.
its perfect for two students and isnt far from local clubs shops and cinema.
