We are 3 friendly, professional females who share a lovely 3 storey house on a newbuild housing estate just off Ansty Lane - The Larchmont Estate.

We are clean, tidy, fun but responsible and we are looking for one more female to share the house with.

The house has a large kitchen breakfast room, living room, 3 bathrooms, a laundry and has all mod-cons like SKY, Wireless Broadband, Dishwasher, Microwave, large garden, a cleaner who comes in each week (Bridget) and a gardener (Steve.

There is ample parking outside the house which has a wood at the back and a park at the front. 10 minutes to the City centre and 15 minutes drive to the M1.

Your room would be on the middle floor, at the side of the house. This is one of the nicest rooms in the house and is quiet and bright. Your bathroom (which is shared with one other person) is one floor up. The room comes fully furnished, if that is what you want, with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Everything is included in the rent.
