Room for rent along Clarendon Park Road which is about 10-15 minutes walk from the university.
£70 a week not including bills.
The room has a small double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, a set of shelved and a bed side set of draws. The room also has double glazing and a working radiator.
The house has a fully fitted kitchen, a lounge, large entrance hall, garden, and 2 bathrooms both with toilet, skins and showers, and one with a bath.
The rest of the housemates are 3rd year students studying at the university of Leicester, with 3 male and 3 female, all friendly.
