Due to personal circumstances, one of our housemates has decided to return home and leave Leicester. We are currently seeking a housemate to fill the space in the house as soon as possible!

The potential housemate will live with two friendly and easy-going young adults; a Master's Student at the University of Leicester, and a recently graduated UoL student in employment.

The room is a front facing, spacious double room which is incredibly well lit due to the large, secure and double-glazed bay window. The room is furnished with a double bed and comfortable mattress, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. All furnishings are clean, well-kept and functional.

The house itself is spacious and clean with a large living area (see pictures) and a large kitchen area as well (also see pictures). There is also a size-able bathroom, a downstairs toilet area and a spacious and sociable back-garden.

Potential tenant will pay a REFUNDABLE deposit of a month's rent, and the subsequent first months rent. The tenant will also pay a fair and equal 1/3 share of internet, energy and water bills.
