The address of the property is situated 10 mins from Leicester University and also only 20 mins from Leicester city centre and DMU! it is very close to local amenities, including a large Morrison's and a Sainsburys store, as well as local shops on Queens road, including a pharmacy, grocery stores, and a Healthcare centre.
The room is large, with plenty of storage space, a desk, and a spacious double bed, and a large chair. The house itself is also very spacious with a cosy kitchen, bathroom and large lounge, and garden!
