The house has 4 double bedrooms which are all fully furnished so there is less for you to move. Rent varies from a mere £360 for the smaller double room up to only £425 for the very large upstairs front bedroom. You’ll have the luxury of a large kitchen/diner, a living area with flat screen TV and a large no maintenance garden. Rent includes all bills and you don’t even have to pay for unlimited broadband or the cleaner that we provide for the communal areas. Happy Days :)

The house is situated just off Fosse Road Central, so within walking distance of all the amenities of Narborough Road. Only a 10 minute walk the city centre, with plenty of buses for those of you with no transport, including links to town or Glenfield Hospital. For anyone with a Bat Mobile, there is plenty of on-street FREE parking.

This house is for professionals only so no students or DSS. We are sorry but we also cannot accept couples.

There is an admin fee of £100 and the deposit is only £300.
