Double Room To Rent In Thorpe Astley

I have a double room to rent in Thorpe Astley available from 11th September.
The room is clean and homey with a large double built in closet and a double chocolate brown faux leather bed (please note not the bed in the pictures). The room is fresh white with a light brown feature wall and has a cosey chocolate brown carpet. There's a tv aerial in the room for your own tv.
The house is a 3 bed with large lounge dining room, downstairs toilet, kitchen (with oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine), bathroom. The whole house is highly maintained, it's only a 6 year old house so as you can imagine all up to date and no issues. It has a small garden with patio and easy road parking. It is an extremely quiet area!! So road parking is not an issue and no worries on whether there is space available or is safe at all. I'd describe the house as simplistic with a bit of shabby chic style!
Bills are included in the £410- this includes electricity, gas, water, sky tv and broadband. One months rent will be needed as a deposit that you will get back at the end of the 6 month contract if decided to not continue staying.
I work full time in a retail office merchandising (8-5, Mon-Fri), I have attached my number to the ad however cannot answer at these times so may be best to text! I™m an extremely friendly, easy to get on with person so would like someone who fancied being social now and again as well as likes personal space. Im very clean so would like someone who is house proud too. I do have a dog as seen in the pictures, shes a tiny westie called Rosie that is very clean and extremely friendly. Shes very low maintenance and isnt allowed upstairs so is not intrusive at all!
Thorpe Astley is 15 mins from Leicester center and only minutes from meridian, food shops and fosse shopping park.
