I have a three bedroom house in Thorpe Astley, I currently live there alone and am looking for a lodger to rent a double furnished room. I am a young and active 38 year old with no children. I live quite a relaxed and stress free existence however I keep a very clean and tidy house and would require the lodger to be similarly clean and tidy. It is a modern house on a very quiet street with ample off street parking. I have Sky TV and 50mb fibre broadband, quite a DVD library, garage, nice garden and conservatory. Non smokers only please. I would consider a mon-fri let for a reduced rate. Thorpe Astley is exceptionally convenient for motorways, fosse park and local superstores, as well as town centre and other ameneties. £400 pcm.
