I am looking for someone to replace me in this single room. Your tenancy will be from the day you move in until June 5, 2015 (but extendable if you wish). I can move out for you within 10 days after we agree a date and your contract has been signed with the letting company. Basically, the 150-pound deposit is going to Oxford Court. Approx. 50 pounds of energy contribution. Apart from that, everything is all inclusive! Unlimited internet access, water use, wifi, and electricity use! The current flatmates are nice and clean. Washing machine and dryer on-site. Friendly staff. Superb location for DMU student and great location for UoL student.
