We want to help banish those January blues by giving you a great gift.....we are proud to announce the opening of a room in one of our houses. The house is located in the marvellous town of Leicester (AKA the Town of Dreams), in the Narborough Road area, only minutes from West End/Braunstone Gate....IMAGINE THAT. A quiet street but so close to all the action!!

The final room in this property is a fully furnished double room for only £360 per calendar month, including all your bills. You have a fully kitted out kitchen/diner with dishwasher and a separate living room which has a flatscreen TV. Outside there is a sunny, low maintenance, patio area and a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer plus loads of extra storage space. There is broadband throughout the house and we even send in a cleaner on a regular basis at no extra cost.

Applicants must:
- Get excited that the rent is inexpensive and includes all utilities (no crying though)
- Be between the ages of 21-36 and have a full time job (that’s what makes you a young professional in our book)
- Have good toilet aim – more for the boys that one
- Want to live in a house that has been recently renovated with brand new furniture throughout
- Know how to make a decent cup of tea
- Have Level 4-8 ninja skills (these may be assessed)
- Be able to help build a fully functional igloo in the winter
- Be clean and tidy
- Have a degree of social skills which will allow you to converse with 3 other housemates
- Not be in receipt of DSS, be a student and/or have pets
