My name is Charlotte. I am 25 years old and have lived in Leicester for 4years. I have lived in this house for 6 months.
I studied graphic design and have a full time job commuting to Coventry. I like to keep the house tidy. I enjoy cooking and baking, the odd drink, going cinema and hanging with friends.
The house is currently rented by myself and a friend I did a buddy up with on spare room.

Due to her moving out I need to fill the room. Your name would replace hers on the contract. Bills toiletries etc are all split evenly. The current housemate is looking to move out as soon as someone is available.
