Hello, due to relocating for work I am looking for somebody to replace me.
I am currently living in the fairly new 100 Apartments - located just behind the highcross! Great location and comfortable sized double room with en-suite. It is a 2 bed apartment where the kitchen/dining room is shared. My current flatmate is a professional and she is lovely to live with. There are parking spaces available but this would have to be arranged seperately with the landlord. I am looking for someone to replace me from asap-30th June ( roughly 3 months) and you can then discuss an extension etc with the landlords who are very approachable.
The rent is £468 per month which includes bills and the flat is furnished with broadband too.
