Kitchen with full electric hob, grill, washing machine, dishwasher and drier. Gas cooker and oven. I have recently installed a new boiler so the heating is instant!! Within the price of the rent I will include free wifi, tv license, talk talk tv, entertainment system, landland phone(evening and weekend calls and 0845 numbers) water, gas, electric and council tax per month.
The location is not only peaceful but has is 5mins to M1 and town by car. Local bus stop literally out side the door step at 15 mins intervals. Local amenities is buckminster shopping has post office, cafe, chippy, bookies, banks, co op, kwiksave. Also on anstey lane a cool local cafe and shop 2 mins walk away. Gorse hill farm and glenfield hospital ideal for doctors or nurses.. None the less viewing and a reference is a must to to truly appreciate my home and get to know each other.
