I have a double room available in a large fully furnished flat. Located just off London Road, this flat offers a very convenient location, being just 5-10 minute walk from Leicester University and Queens Road.
The top floor flat has double glazing throughout and comprises a large living room with raised dining area and adjacent balcony. The kitchen is also relatively large and has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freeze. For those with a car, there is residential parking that does NOT require a permit!
I'm the current tenant and a final year PhD student at Leicester University. I typically work long hours so the flat is often free during the days/early evenings so if you're looking for a nice quiet flat this is the one for you!
