Hello there :)
I have recently signed for a 2 bed flat with somebody, but she's had to drop out of the agreement as she's just found out she's been accepted for a year abroad, so I'm looking for a new flat mate!
It's on York Street, just off Granby Street in the city centre, about 15 minutes walk from both Leicester and DMU. Rent is about £75/week, or £325/month, without bills though, they'll have to be set up a bit later. Both rooms are doubles, there's one bathroom, and a cute little kitchen/living area. The flat is close to shops, pubs/bars and the train and coach stations.
I'm not too fussy about who I live with, as long as they're tidy and sociable :)
