Double room from Mid August until December/January

Hello!

Due to my studies I will be going abroad until end of December-January (this can be relatively flexible) and I would like to rent my room for that period. For this reason I am looking for someone to stay during that time in my room.

The room has a doubled bed, medium size window (double glazed), two desks, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a heating in it.

The whole apartment is very new, with all the modern appliances: oven, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, wi-fi/broadband, etc.

Rent is 300 pounds excluding bills, which are normally up to 50 pounds (depending on the month). This includes Internet, Water, electricity and gas. I am also asking for one month deposit.

This place is ideal for mature students or young professionals. There is just one other flatmate who is a mature student. It is a peaceful place, with views to a green area, near Victoria's Park and Queens Road, perfect for University of Leicester students. It is 20 minutes away on foot from the center, and there are buses that go to the city center/trains station as well (it takes 10 minutes).

My flatmate is very sociable, cheerful, healthy, tidy and keeps himself busy from 9 until 6pm most of the days.
