We’re looking for University of Leicester students who wants to move into our newly refurbished and fully furnished beautiful house on Westbury Road (Off Welford Road).

The property has been refurbished with all appliances brand new, fully painted and brand new carpet.

The property has three bedrooms (plus Loft bedroom) all with NEW Double Beds, NEW wardrobe, NEW Chest Drawer Set, New Lamps etc. Fully Loaded.

The Kitchen contains all the usual stuff including a brand new washing machine, new Fridge Freezer, New Microwave, New Toaster, New Kettle etc.

There is one W/C downstairs and the bathroom upstairs has been fully refitted with a brand new Shower set; Shower, Sink Basin and Toilet.

So there are 2 toilets in between 3-4 housemates, very convenient.

The communal lounge/sitting room comes with a 3-seat sofa, coffee table and a dining table with 4 chairs.
