*Students* 3 Bed House Less Than 1 Mile From Uni L

This is a 3 Bed house with one available room. I am leaving my room as I have changed to Aston University. It is a large double room on the top floor of the house. Your room has a big wardrobe, bedside table, a desk for studying and a unit for your TV if you wish. There are two shared bathrooms, both with toilets and working showers and baths. There is a separate storage room and a clothes washer and dryer. The living room has a dining table, two sofas (one is a sofa bed if anyone wishes to visit) and a TV and xbox. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave and large fridge freezer. The whole house is very big for 3 people overall. There is also a patio area and garden to make use of with tables and chairs. The two guys who you would be living with are friendly and easy to talk to. One is a criminology student at UOL and the other creates films and studies at DMU. The landlord is a nice guy who lives locally and is very responsive. Bills are paid separately and altogether cost £34 per month. The deposit is £250 which is protected by the DPS. You can move in as soon as you desire. It is worth mentioning the broadband speed is 42mb (it runs really smoothly). It's a 10 minute walk to UOL and whether you like to keep yourself to yourself or you're sociable you'll get on well here. More pictures available. Viewing at yours conveniance.
