I have got a double bedroom in a second floor newly refurbished appartment. property is 10 minute walk to the uni, 3 mins walk to town centre, and 2 mins from Sainsburys/Tescos, also close to train station. Parking is available. Rent includes all bills and internet (council tax negotiable)

Bedroom is furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Communal living spaces include hallway, bathroom, open plan living/dining room/kitchen area and loft. Living area includes sky.

I am a keen athlete so likeminded student or professional preferred. Clean tidy and modern. I tend to spend most evenings watching tv , relaxing and baking cakes.

Would be open for discussion regarding part-time rental.
