Hi, I am looking at renting out my spare double bedroom. The house is a new build which I have recently moved into. Therefore the house is brand new with all new furniture!
My house is a 15-20 minute walk away from Loughborough town centre and the university. There is also a good bus route in the area.
The house has a big back garden which is due to be landscaped later in the year (when the weather is nicer).
