Double room to rent in shared terrace house

Hi my name is Craig and I'm a 33, I'm down to earth, Don't take life too seriously and have lived with both male and females. I keep a fairly tidy house although I am not OCD about the whole thing. My main hobbie's include Mountain biking, Climbing, Music events and Cooking (Hopefully this is something you also enjoy and we can take it in turns??)

The house is located on Queens rd quite near the centre of Loughborough town, about 5 mins walk and half that to the train station.
It is a two bedroom house with two reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a reasonably sized garden (Although this does need a bit of tlc). There is a cellar and easily accessible loft, which are manly used for storage. All of these you will be sharing with me.

Your room is a fair size which already consists of a double bed, double height draws, shelf unit, bedside table, built in wardrobe, space for a TV and there is still plenty of room for you to move about. (Any of this can be removed if you require)
There is only on street parking but usually there are no problems with space's right outside the house.
