Small double room or standard double in lovely 5 b

There are 4 of us who have put down a holding fee for a house for next year but one of our flatmates dropped out so we are looking for someone to replace them.

There are 3 big double rooms and 2 small double rooms but we haven't allocated them yet so if you want to join us then we are going to pull straws to keep it fair. There is a lovely kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher and big bench dining table. A grass garden at the back, downstairs w/c and bathroom on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bath) on the top floor.

We are going to be second years when we move in and all do a different degree and come from different areas. The Liverpudlian does Chemistry, Irishman does MatEng, Reading-woman (?) does Sports Science and Yorkshirewoman does English. We are a fun bunch who have lived together for our first year and we enjoy going out and having a good old drink, but we don't mind staying in and getting a takeaway and chilling on a weekend, it depends how much money we have left and how much work we have due! We mainly socialise together in the kitchen and would love someone to join us but we don't mind if you prefer to chill in your room, as long as you pop your head in every so often.

None of us smoke, do drugs or starfish on the lawn stark naked at 1am, so if you are into that then we probably aren't the people for you, but it definitely doesn't mean we are boring!
