Double room available in Loughborough town centre

I have a double room available in a top floor flat in the centre of Loughborough. I will be renting the property and would like to find someone that is willing to take on the tenancy with me for a minimum of 6 months (preferably longer). The admin fee for the agents has already been paid, and the deposit would be £650. (The is split £750 deposit and £550 months rent up front).
I will be moving in to the property on 1st August, and the room will be available from the following weekend.
I am 27, female. I am very sociable and would be looking for someone similar. I am happy to live with male or female, but would ask that only professionals contact me. Please note: The furniture shown in the pictures is not the furniture which will be in the flat.
Bills are not included, and would be split between us. I will look at having broadband installed ASAP.

Please note that their is no car parking space at the flat. There is parking around some of the quieter roads, but this can be a ten minute walk to the apartment.
