Dinnerware can be rented at £15 for the term of contract which will include 2 of each - dinner plates, side plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and cutlery.
No parking restrictions.
The house has been recently redecorated throughout and a new bathroom put in. High speed wireless broadband. CCTV and Security lighting outside.
The house has a brand new central heating boiler. The house has an annual gas safety inspection from a Gas Safe qualified engineer.
Rent includes - gas, electric, water and internet.
Reservation fee is £100 to secure the room.
Single occupancy only.
Stricly none smokers.
Sadly cannot offer to tenants on benefits.
